How Long We Keep Information

We generally discard information about you when we’re not legally required to keep it or it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it, as described in the section above on “How do we use and process this information?”. 

In some instances, we might need to retain certain data even if you ask to delete it, for example, we may need to keep records for tax reasons or fraud detection. 

Security

We work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take all reasonable measures to do so. Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information). All transactions are processed through a secure certificate using the Stripe payment gateway. Your credit card details are not held by Euro Salon Supplies and cannot be accessed by Euro Salon Supplies staff.

However, we cannot prevent, and are not responsible for, interception or “hacking” of information transmitted through the Euro salon Supplies website by unauthorised third parties. Accordingly, any information you provide us is transmitted at your own risk.

Choices

You have several choices available when it comes to information about you:

Limit the information that you provide: 

When using our Service you can choose not to provide optional account information, profile information, and transaction and billing information. Please note, if you do not provide this information, certain features of our Service may not be accessible.
