SHIPPING and RETURNS
We do our best to ship orders received before 1pm, on the same day we receive the order.
Once you parcel has been dispatched we will notify you by email, with a tracking number, so you can monitor the delivery progress of your order.
When your parcel is delivered, we will email you to advise you that delivery has been made.
Delivery expectations
1 – 2 working days after delivery target in Metro areas.
2 – 3 working day delivery target for Rural areas.
Orders received during public holidays and weekends are shipped the next available working/business day.
We do not deliver orders over the weekends or on public holidays.
NOTE : Due to Covid, there may be delays to courier deliveries.
Freight charges
We charge a nominal flat fee, irrespective of how many parcels are required to make up your order.
– Auckland Metropolitan area : $10.00
– Outside Auckland (South to Thames/Hamilton, North to Whangarei) : $12.00
– All other areas in the North Island : $16.00
– South Island, incl. Waiheke Island : $23.00
– Extra for Rural Delivery : $10.00
SIGNATURE REQUIRED/NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Our standard service is SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a calling card so that you can arrange to collect it.
If you require your parcel to be delivered NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, please include “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” in your delivery instructions. This authorizes the courier to leave the parcel at the address supplied. By selecting this option, you are releasing Euro Salon Supplies Ltd from all liability if the wrong address has been given or a parcel is stolen from the address after delivery has been made.
Order pick-up’s
Make sure that you select in the delivery instruction section, that you wish to “collect the order”. You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been packed. The order can be collected from our offices at 48C Parkway Drive, Rosedale 0632, Auckland.
Returns Policy
Goods must be returned within 7 days of invoice date.
You are welcome to return your goods if you change your mind. However, the products must be in perfect, resalable condition and returned to us at your own cost. A handling fee maybe applicable, as per our Terms and Conditions.
In the case of damaged or faulty products, we will cover the return courier fee and supply the replacement product free of charge, freight free.
Special conditions apply to hair appliances, refer below.
Hair appliances will only be accepted for return if the product has not been opened, used and the product/packaging in a re-sellable condition.
Under no circumstances do we accept returns on a used hair appliance unless the item is faulty and has been returned to us within the warranty period. After receipt of the faulty item, we will have it assessed and if the fault is confirmed, we will cover the return courier fee, the replacement item and the courier fee to ship the replacement item to you.
