Supply Criteria: Cash Accounts are only available to qualified hairdressers. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any customer that does not meet the criteria. We will not be liable for any loss or damage the suffered by you should we exercise this right. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving any reasons.
Quotes, Pricing and Orders: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All prices provided to you are in NZ dollars, exclusive of shipping, handling and GST.
Warranty: We expect that the items we supply will be suitable for the purpose intended by the manufacturer. If this is not the case, you may return items for either a refund or exchange as allowed by New Zealand law. We do not offer any warranties additional to those offered by the manufacturer, unless previously agreed to in writing before an order is supplied to you. Not all manufacturers offer warranties as standard. It is your responsibility to ensure you have made adequate provision for the maintenance of any item purchased. Where an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, we will arrange for collection at no charge to you. You will be responsible for the costs of carriage of any items sent back to us for maintenance, unless otherwise previously agreed to in writing.
Returns: If you wish to return an item because it is no longer required by you, this must be done within seven days of delivery at your premises. In the event of there being no fault with the returned items, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, being 10.0% of the value of the returned items. Items will only be accepted for return if they are complete, unused and in perfect condition that is suitable for resale with their original packaging. Delivery costs for any alternative products will be charged to you.
Payment: Payment other than cash occurs only when available to us as cleared funds
Normal Transactions: Payment is required in full with any order.
